溫泉蛋 Wen Quan Hot Spring Egg

材料:雞蛋三顆、水

Ingredients: three eggs, water

調味料:
蔥花1大匙、海苔絲適量、蘿蔔泥1大匙
柴魚醬油1大匙、七味粉少許

Seasoning:
1 tablespoon chopped green onions, suitable amount of Nori strips, 1 tablespoon minced white radish.

1 tablespoon soy sauce, smoked fish soy sauce, and a little shichimi 7-spice powder

作法
用保溫效果好一點的鍋子,煮一鍋開水,水要足夠淹蓋過蛋

把蛋加入滾水中,水再沸騰後,蓋上鍋蓋,關火 悶煮8分鐘

把蛋取出泡入冷開水中,放冷即可

打開一顆溫泉蛋,搭配所有調味料即可

Preparation Method
For a good result use a small good heat retaining pot and boil enough water to cover the immersed eggs.

After the eggs have been added to the boiling water, then cover the pot, turn off the heat and let cook enclosed for 8 minutes.

Remove the eggs, soak in cold water and let them cool.

Crack open the Hot spring egg and finish by adding in all the seasonings.
